How to have more energy and strength

Nutrition is a big influencer of daily energy, along with sleep and exercise.  Food can fuel our energy needs or cause us to run on empty.

One area that is often overlooked or used incorrectly is the consumption of protein.  Here is a great article with fast facts about protein.

My personal protein favorites are hemp seeds, almond milk, almonds and walnuts, and hard boiled eggs. I’m not fond of cheese and dairy as a whole because it tends to digest slowly causing most people to feel lethargic.
