When Jack Nicholas showed up at a tournament to find guys with a negative attitude about the course or condition he would immediately mark them as non-competitors for the week.
Perhaps this is what Tiger saw and did when he showed up on Thursday to find Phil and Bubba at odds with the course. Tiger shoots 1 under with Phil and Bubba combining for 14 over par.
Attitude gave Tiger ore than a slight edge, resulting in insurmountable lead from his main competitors.
Before you look at your competitors, the market, the industry, watch your attitude so you can edge past all these competitors to your success!
